Note Details
The Note Details view shows a saved note's full formatted content along with the time it was created, and gives you quick actions to summarise, copy, or share it.

How to use it
- Open a note to view its details. The title appears at the top of the view, with a timestamp (for example, how long ago it was created) shown just below.
- Read the note content in the body area. Notes are shown with their formatting preserved — section headings, bullet points, checkboxes, arrows, and emphasised (bold or italic) text all display as styled content.
- Use the action bar at the bottom of the note to work with the content:
- Summarise — Generates an AI summary of the note. While it runs, the button shows "Thinking…", and the result appears in a highlighted "AI Summary" panel above the buttons. Tap Hide to remove the summary again.
- Copy — Copies the note (or the AI summary, if one is showing) to your clipboard. The button briefly changes to "Copied!" to confirm.
- Share — Opens sharing options so you can send the note through the available channels.
- On mobile, the note opens as a sheet; close it to return to your list. On desktop it appears in a centred dialog of the same content.
FAQs
Why does some text appear highlighted in yellow? Highlighted text marks an uncertain word or phrase detected in the note. Where available, a suggested alternative is shown in smaller text next to it.
When I tap Copy, does it copy the original note or the summary? If you've generated and are currently showing an AI summary, Copy and Share use that summary text. Otherwise they use the full note content.
The action buttons aren't showing — why? The summarise, copy, and share actions only appear when the note has content. An empty note shows no action bar.
Can I see notes attached to a meeting in the same place? Meeting notes are listed in a "Note history" section, where each note can be expanded to reveal its full formatted content and the same Summarise, Copy, and Share actions.
